I studied and received my qualifications as a veterinary surgeon in 2009 with a Masters in Epidemiology from the University of veterinary medicine Iași, Romania.
As a young vet, I began my professional career as a charity vet carrying for the stray population in my local area. That humble initiative ended up being a free/spay clinic that is still providing free services for stray and abandoned dogs and cats in my home town. Those years spend in the front line of animal welfare forged the vet that I am today and allowed me to gain precious clinical experience that I wouldn't have gained otherwise.
